We aren't here to rush families through programs or check boxes.
Our focus is on meeting each child exactly where they are, embracing every strength, challenge, and difference they bring with them.
We are here to build real relationships, create meaningful progress, and honor the pace, needs, and spirit of every child who walks through our doors.
Whether a child is neurotypical, neurodivergent, verbal, non-speaking, sensory-seeking, or uniquely themselves —

We began in 2020 as Speech Warrior Speech Therapy, founded by Colleen Tierney, MA CCC-SLP, a Pediatric Communication Specialist with over 30 years of experience helping children find their voice.

In 2022, Colleen’s daughter, Shannon Rosen, joined the team full time. With a background in communications, leadership, and marketing, Shannon now serves as Practice Director, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff support, and family outreach. Together, they’ve made Little Warriors proudly family-owned and operated.
As the needs of our families grew, so did our mission. We changed our name to Little Warriors to reflect our holistic, collaborative approach, expanding our services to include Occupational Therapy and more.
